Greetings and Hi There,

There has been a bit of talk about charging an extra $5 (or what ever the
amount happens to be) at the  gate and doing raffles for  non members to get
a membership.  How about putting the two together?

The extra gate fee would be a separte voluntary charge.  The total  amount
collected at that event would determine the number  of memberships to be
raffled.  The neat thing about doing it this is that anyone could put their
money in the pot and get a ticket for the drawing.   This should reduce or
eliminate any possible embarrasement that not having a membership might
cause.

Plus this might add a little extra fun  to the event if the drawing is done
during feast.

Just a thought.
