ahhh, but isn't "chili" really just a highly spiced "stew" (g) ....
the creation sounds delish, espcially the bbq rattler (hint: a soy
based mariande and a sweet-sour ginger glaze).  

so, how do you make a stewed dillo? (why do i have a horrible feeling
i just opened a pun-thread)... only had it in chili.
