one persons "whining" is anothers discussion or empassioned debate
... and communication / discussion is what the online world is about.
 like the realworld, if a discussion is not to your tastes, instead
of denegrating the authors and their views / opinions / beliefs, etc,
as "whining", it's a simple matter to ignore or move on (or filter,
or delete, ...).
