If we set up inspection points out side the fort you can bet there will be
inspection points in side the fort as well and the arrrows will be easer to
move to the inspection point. I feel a better plan would be to take out the
towers and keep them out of action. Then keep the archers on the parpapet
under constant fire. Then try to get ramps up to the wall and establish fire
points shooting into the fort. Take the battle to them rather than have a
battle of attrition, but that depends on the forces being close to equal.
