ANST - virus warning!!!!! do not open anything you received from my adress in the last two days, it is a virus replicating itself!!!!! delete immediately!!!!!!

sorry for the mass mailing, but i have become the unwitting host of an
outlook express virus which has tried to mail itself to everyone in my
adress book.
look out for any .exe files, especially weird.exe, fatlady.exe, and
scat.exe.
if you received any of these and tried to open them, you are probably now
infected and need to run a virus program, ASAP.
according to reports this virus is benign, it just replicates itself, but it
is possible that it does less obvious damage in the long run.
