I agree with HE Chrystal.  But to explain the fact would take to long.  And 
when I do most people say they don't care,  they just keep calling it the 
new **********.

I read an articule on this very subject not too long ago.  It said the first 
guy to come up with the calender in 534 AD was wrong in his calculations.  
Records say that Harod was in power when Jesus was born.  However,  using 
this guy's calender,  Harod died four years before Jesus was born.  The 
calender is supposed to be four or eight years off.  The guy didn't have the 
research material we have today which is why he miscalculated.  It's a 
mistake we have been living with ever since.  The year is really 2003-2007.
