Greetings from the Head Cook of Candlemas!

The feast will be English foods to celebrate the season.

1st Course

Bread and cheese

Bruet Saake (chicken soup)

Sweetmeats

2nd Course

Assorted tarts (Mushroom, Ember day, Spinach)

Lucanian sausage (Roman variety)

Mixed green salad and dressing

3rd Course

Braised Beef

Honeyed Carrots

Frumenty

Hazelnut fruit crumble


Water and Lemonade will be provided for drinks


Reservations are being excepted.  Please email me privately with the
following information:

Mundane Name, Sca name and SCA group. Please list ALL the people included in
your reservation. This will assure their reservation.

There are 200 reservations available.
