ANST-Announce - Youth Rapier at Northkeep's Winterkingdom

To those active and/or interested in Youth Rapier:

As the Youth Rapier Marshal for the Barony of
Northkeep, I would like to cordially invite the Youth
Rapier Community (and all those who would like to
watch and support) to a tournament at Northkeep's
WinterKingdom event at the Will Rogers' Boy Scout Camp
in Cleveland, OK, Jan 21-23, 2000.  There will be
classes and the chance to authorize as well.
