ANST - New Group?

Here's part of an email that I got from someone.  Has anyone heard of
this?

Hi there!

        We are trying to find out more information about the rumor of a
group forming in
    the Ponca City OK area. We actually live just North of the border
(Arkansas City KS)
    and though in a different kingdom it would be far and away easier to
attend fighter
    practices and such in that area.
