Hello!

Anybody who did not get an Academy of the Rapier Booklet and wants one
can now download it as a pdf file.

Look at:

It's listed as Academy 13.  Click on the Whole PDF File link, to start
it coming.  It's pretty big (>3 Megs)...so here's to fast ethernet
connections.  An index and links to individual files will follow....
