Gunnora has elaborated a bunch more on this topic before. While I don't
want to start a big argument about an argument, I think some folks might
find this article on the subject of handling conflict in the SCA useful.
While I don't find all of the ideas in this article practical, there are
enough good ideas in here to have changed the way I consider resolving
conflicts and for me to make it recommended reading for those in
the Society.
