NO.

Guilds and Crusades are not the same thing, and you cannot say that because one group acts in a certain way, the other will also.  You are comparing rabbits and pineapples.

As someone else pointed out, Crusades have involved one group of persons declaring themselves in the right, and then going out to overrun and wipe out those they have decided are in the wrong.

If they want to start a Courtesy Guild, then fine.  Guilds have the connotation of teaching and learning, and setting examples.  So instead of wiping out the discourteous, you attempt to direct them into better behavour.  Isn't this what Her Grace really wants to do?  (Rhetorical, but she'll probably answer.)
