"If they want to start a Courtesy Guild, then fine. Guilds have the
connotation
of teaching and learning, and setting examples. So instead of wiping out
the
discourteous, you attempt to direct them into better behavour. Isn't this
what
Her Grace really wants to do? (Rhetorical, but she'll probably answer.)

---= Morgan, who will not join a
Crusade even if you pay me

While you come near to where my heart is, to teach by example and to improve
myself with the strength of my convictions and sharing those bright parts
that each of us has shining within us, a guild is not a fitting term.

Most Crusades are personal ones. In this case, many of us are bonding
together to try and do something special and fun. We aren't tieing people
to tent poles and lecturing, we are going to do fun things, nice things,
inspiration things, both as a group and as individuals, and perhaps, by
these simple actions, we will ignite a spark in someone else's dream, and
they in turn, spark another's.

Sadly, a few people are looking at the word "Crusade" in small parts of
history where it has some harsh connotations. Try looking at it with a
slant towards the "current" middle ages, where we also generally don't
reinact the plague, except in the most playful of ways.
