ANST - Quick question

Is Galveston considered part of Loch Sollier? If not, what group is it a part 
of? I have a friend from Galveston who is a potential new member  and need to 
direct her to the proper group. My plan right now is to take her to the next 
Loch populace meeting so she'll know someone at a meeting.
