ahh, that rather amusing fiction (mainly french i gather).  the one
that rewrites many of the old celtic tales into the "new'ish"
christian religion and serves as a political "morality trainer" to
support the new feudal orders ??? ... 

pity so many moderns prefer to see the medieval period through the
eye's created by these tales and not the historical record. ... but
then it's a failing trait of all humans that they prefer to see
things how they want them to be and not as they really are/were.
