OK, folks, latest word from the autocrat. There will be no combat archery in 
rapier at Staked Plains.
Somewhere along the way some information was omitted, hence the confusion.
Sorry, folks.
However there will be an archery contest. (I think.) Anyway, I'm taking my 
bow just in case.
