ANST - Siege Weapons at War

Greetings-
To help expedite the war siege weapon authorizations for the crew, I ask the
engineers to email me with a convenient time and location (approximate) so
we can get it done.  This will help answer any questions, ensure the weapons
will pass the joint marshalling inspection, and ensure the crew is
authorized to use the weapon on the field.  I want everybody to pass, so
this is not an inspection to fail weapons, but to ensure we will destroy
Trimaris through superior engineering.  The earlier we can have the
inspections done, the fixes made, the more fun we all can have.
Please ensure your weapon will meet the standards of the kingdom.  Also,
your crew members must be knowledgable of the rules concerning siege
weapons, and they will be asked during authorization, so read
