James Crouchet (jtc at io.com) said something that sounded like:
> So, anyone want to give a general breakdown on what was covered for
> those of us who could not make it?

I'm sure Their Majesties or the Kingdom Seneschal will give better
information. This one was a little different since the break-out
sessions were before the reports and general discussions. This allowed
for the Kingdom officers to directly communicate with their officers
without it being to the endire populace. I think this worked a lot
better than having break-outs after the reports.

> Any new rules, rulings laws, etc we should know about?

The bigger ones I remember are:

The law regarding alcohol in food is being changing to be allow for it.
Crown Tournies are moving to be earlier in the year starting 2001.
Coronations will still be at the same time.
A concern for safety regarding accidently excessive spear thrusts causing
  injury.
The Chirugeon currently has 6 warranted chirugeons and is making pains
to have 50 by the time they step down.

Some of the open discussion topics were:

Alcohol in food. See above.
Paperwork reduction. *If* I remember right, it was felt to be a good
topic for next time after we determine the types of paperwork that can
  be reduced.
Autocrat's Handbook for general guidelines that allows local groups to
  add their particular issues.
Term limits for Landed Nobles. Not a clear majority either way. I
believe the Crown will be seaking input from the populace at large.

Ciao,
