You may want to direct him to Lord Fearghus, our kingdom archery marshal who
lives right next to this gentleman in Arlington.  Even though Grand Prairie
is most likely in Steppes, there are quite a few Elfsea folks in Arlington
who might be able to help him get started.  Lord Ironwyrm is the Steppes
Archery Marshal as well.
