ANST - finding amazon household/MIBs

Greetings,

I am looking for the amazon household/MIB in order to get in touch with Duncan (Monkey Boy).  I have tried the amazon household link on the SCA related links page, but my &*#!ing server keeps giving me errors.  If someone could give me the web address or a way to reach Duncan (who unfortunately has no email) before this weekend's event at Bordermarch, I would greatly appreciate it.
