ANST - Laurels Prize Tourney

Greetings, 

Where is Laurel's Prize being held?  I know that
Tempio is hosting it but is the site actually in
Temple?  I need to know so that I can make
arrangements for housing.  

Also, I guess that I missed the post with the
directions and can't find them anywhere.  Could
someone post them, please?
