you're either a statistician or your filtering & reporting software
is a *lot* better than mine ... now if i could just create a
effective filter that auto-deletes messages on a thread when the
gratuitous apology or back-slapping index passes a reasonable
set-point ... say 5.32 (a inverted sacred chou ... sp? - intentional
or not?, you decide) ...
