ANST - Lists Question

Pug or someone else in the know-

Could you explain the relationship between Ansteorra-announce and the
other Ansteorran lists (ansteorra, regional, and local lists).  I find
myself uncertain which lists automatically corss-post to other and I and
others may be cross-posting unnecessarily.
