Margrave/Vormund VII
November 9 – 11, 2001
Robber’s Cave State Park Group Camp # 2 in Wilburton,
OK.

There will be the regular Champions lists in both
Margrave and Vormund (Heavy weapons and Rapier
fighting).  There will also be Bardic and A&S
competitions, Archery and Thrown weapons competitions
as well as a brewing contest.  New this year is a
children’s Margrave in two age groups, 6-11 and 12-18
with the overall winners of children’s Margrave in
each age group winning a chain mail hauberk.
Children’s activities will include (But not limited
to) Jousting, Archery, Treasure hunt, Children’s Art
and sciences, children’s Bardic, and Rune Quest. There
will not be a feast this year, but there will be a
full tavern
Pets are allowed on leash and with current
Vaccinations.
The site is wet (in period containers only please) and
opens on November 9 at 2:00 p.m. and closes Sunday
November 11 at noon.

Site fee is $8 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, ages
6 and under free with a family cap of $25

Turn onto US-270 E. 33.8 miles
Stay on this road till you come to the first red light
and turn left.  Look for SCA signs.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian.  They may also attend with a 21-year or
older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event
Waiver Form from the parents.
