The non-alcoholic category "soda pop" type entries such as root beer, ginger beer, birch beer, etc., which employ fermentation for their carbonated "fizz".  As any fermentation produces alcohol, it can be argued that these are not truly "non-alcoholic", though the amount of alcohol is extremely small indeed.
