You do know how to tease a curious person.  The main ledgend I have found
is that it was the last animal on the ark and lost his tail.  The major
thing that gets me is the massive genetic challenges for cats that are
homogenous for the tailess gene, the worst is that they are suffering from
spina bifata (sp?) along with several other problems.  It is an issue that
I don't know how they do the full breed petagrees and something I have
always been afraid of looking into, as the pain of having to have a kitten
put to sleep was enough to make me shy away from that breed.

So, lets hear the story or is it an inticement to get me down to the south...
