The individual in question through another party and the Kingdom Seneschal
are the ones who said that if you have questions, to contact them directly.
I would believe that the Kingdom Seneschal said to contact her directly
because any discussion of the matter would be lengthy and in a public forum
could lead to the individual believing that they are being slandered. The
individual in question most likely wanted to privately answer questions and
let individuals know his side of the story. These matters can quickly get
out of hand and explode into a bunch of arguments and hard feelings, doing
nothing but causing more hurt and damage.
