ANST - Raffle at Gulf Wars

I hope that I am posting this to the correct list, and that this information
may be of interest to any who are attending Gulf Wars.
At Gulf Wars, House AF has permission to hold a raffle. This raffle is to
benefit Tristan McCord, the six month old son of Thorvald Ingvarsson and his
lady Solvejg ( David and Mary Grace McCord ) Tristan has been in the
hospital fighting off pneumonia, a result of his having SCIDS. This is a
congenital immune deficiency also known as the "Boy in the Bubble Syndrome".
The baby's only hope is a bone marrow transplant.  Although his parents have
insurance, it will not begin to cover all the expenses involved.  Therefore,
House AF will be raffling off two items: a hand forged claymore and a hand
forged battle axe, with proceeds to be donated on behalf of baby Tristan.
The tickets will be $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.  One would not have to be
present to win.
We hope that you all will keep Thorvald, Solvejg and baby Tristan in your
thoughts and prayers.
