According to the BlackStar:
Livingston Trade Days, 925 US 59 bypass North
US 59, just north of Hwy 190 across from the Texas Pepper Restuarant.

Now, MapQuest  says this address is about a mile SOUTH of  190.

Your guess is as good as mine <G>
