In response to a request on the East Kingdom list, which I forwarded, the
Pennsic Information Officer has sent around a tentative list of groups and
assigned blocks, with a promise to web it in the future.

I webbed it now.  It's tentative: that means that it could change, be wrong,
or whatever.  But it's better than nothing, and it's too long to cross post.

I have posted this note to the following lists: East, Ealdormere,
AEthelmearc, Calontir, Carolingia.  Please feel free to post further: but
update this list so it doesn't go too far.

Corrections welcome: but please recall that I am maintaining a copy, and not
the real thing.  The Pennsic Information officer is tfirenze at ix.netcom.com
and the Land Manager is pennsicxxxland at aol.com
