personally, i have too much dead-tree product in my life as it - the
information is important to me, NOT the format it comes in ... and in
this modern day/age, the real world, information is more efficierntly
delivered electronically.

Michael posted the official reason a number of posts back.  I would
also
like to point out that if the Black Star is on-line available free to
everyone, we loose the major incentive to being a paid member.
