[Ansteorra] Flooding

As far as Stargate goes, my NOCC tells me the Sprint PCS switch there had to
shut down all systems 100%. Their control rooms and equipment rooms are
flooded and a great deal of it will have to be replaced. (I guestimate over
$50,000,000 by the end.) Sorry folks, your phones won't work out there
unless you roam off of another company... if they aren't flooded out too.
