Well, last time I checked, (some time ago 8-( ) it was entrance 13 on
the UH Main Campus, roughly 200 yards north of Wheeler on Calhoun, on
the East side, starting 7 to 730 PM.

Largish parking lot, open area south of the lot, beyond the row of
bushes, west of the sidewalk, under the trees.
