Did you try the email link on the Kingdom webpage?  Or just the generic
MOAS at ansteorra.org?  That's always a good default if you don't have the
BLACK STAR handy.

(I never assume Kingdom officers are on the discussion lists; most tend to
be, but you don't know who isn't or gets digest and is always a day or so
behind.)
