Has there ever been any consideration to publishing the Blackstar electronically
via PDF file? Obviously, not everyone would be able to utilize it, but those who
chose such a subscription could be emailed a PDF file with no associated cost (to
the kingdom, at least) of paper, printing, postage, etc.

The obvious drawbacks would to be in administrating a separate subscription list,
particularly since the labels come from Corporate on paper, and electronic
publishing could make more of the benefits of a subscription available to
non-subscribers. Personally, I'm not sure that's such a bad thing.

P.S. I was a dummy! I didn't get two copies of the same Blackstar, as I stated
before. I got the May and June issues the same day, with my address correction
having been submitted somewhere between.
