When we renew, I check the box for Complete Anachronist (you could check
another Kingdom or BOD minutes) and mark out the amout due for that one.  I
write next to the marked out amount - "In lieu of 2nd Black Star".

That seems to work for me.

Um how does one get a different publication? My wife
and me are both sustaining members and well we can get
a different book and keep one black starr,... and we
have other friends here who use their black starr
