[Ansteorra] Combat x-bow

Hopefully, by the end of the month the Society Archery Marshal will pass the
ANSTEORRAN, an APD of my modified design and work on by many, many people
here in Ansteorra.  This APD is useable on all crossbows that I've seen.
Only minor adjustment to the clamp that holds the bolt in place is required
to allow for the little bit of extra height.  As of right now they are
approved for experimental use here in the Kingdom.   When they are fully
approved, I'll besure to pass that along.

It would need to be modified for shooting golf tubes, but you could modify
your arrows instead and then it will work fine.  Talk to me next time about
what you would need to do to make it shoot golf tubes.

Talk to Octavia next time you see her, she has the new modified bolts...not
sure who else has them yet.
