[Ansteorra] Cheep Canvas

Greetings to the list:
I was woundering, why the canvas could not be used at Pensic?  If
it was water treated, since when does a tent need to be fire
retardant?  Where are the rules for Pensic tents located.  We just
don't want to make a pavillion that we can't use at war.
