[Ansteorra] where in Corpora is it?

Although I don't see anything in Corpora, Kingdom Law, or the Kingdom
Financial Policy that concerns this, I think a group owning a vehicle would
be a Bad Idea,
and I suspect the kingdom financial committee would agree. The concern about
a motor vehicle (as I see it) is primarily liability, as well as concerns
about ownership and maintenance. However, I know both tanker trailers and
pickup bed mount tanks are available, which would eliminate concerns about
liability (which with a trailer is with the driver of the towing vehicle).
