	Bards! Troubadours! Jongleurs!

	Their Serpentine Excellencies, Ulstead and Cateau invite one and all
to travel to their storied lands and compete for the honored title of Bard
of the Loch at their annual Loch Guardian Event.

	Those who wish to compete shall be asked to present themselves
before the minister of the Bardic List and declare their intent to compete.
You may leave your documentation with the minister of the list and will be
told where and when the competition shall take place. Entrants will be asked
to perform either two or three pieces (depending on the number of entrants)
in any style and combination. Be all of your performances story, song or
poem, they all are welcome in any combination.

	While documentation is not required it is recommended. Loch Guardian
is to be held June 17-19. Please see your Blackstar and for further
information.
