Site being anno domini 2002.

The Barony of Steppes graciously and cordially invites one and all to
the event of the year.

Come and win by right of arms the title of Steppes Warlord, one of the
_most_ coveted of all titles in the Kingdom.

Come and win by right of arms the title of Steppes Champion, also
equally coveted in its own circles.

Come win by right of tongue the title of Steppes Bard (by singing or
story-telling, keep it clean people)

Come win by right of bow the title of Steppes Archer.

Come win by right of horsepersonship the equestrian competition.

Come win by right of art (or science) the title the A&S competition.

Come participate in all the other myriad activities provided by the
wondrous populace of the Barony of Steppes.  Enjoy the breakfasts
provided by the Ansteorran Longship Company.  Come see the dunking booth
sponsored by the White Scarves of Ansteorra - a great fund raiser to see
TRM's journey safely to the newest Kingdom of the Known World, Lochac.
