[Ansteorra] Awards, peers, and stuff

Well said milady,
You have realized an aspect of this and other organizations that few ever
see. That is the need for the experienced members to make room for new
members and their foibles and errors. If they never get to do they never
make mistakes , if they never make mistakes they never learn, and the
organization stagnates and dies. You can ask many of an old timer why they
are wandering around with there hands in their pockets and they will
probably tell you to keep them from taking over and fixing everything that
they see. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to watch.
