This was posted to one of my mundane subscription lists. I thought you folks
might like to take a look. Margaret Secara is in reality Máirghrèad-Rós
FitzGarret of Desmond, a Laurel of Caid.

Rejoice!

We've just put a new page up on my website!
http://ren.dm.net/compendium/63.html

In honor of the season (at last) it's a little bit of my current research.
There will be more, in a separate area of the site, but I was able to get
this much together in time for this year's holiday. And yes, it is free of
Victorian romanticism and Druids of any kind, since my goal is to isolate
what was actual practice in mid- to late-16th century England, not just
collect everything that happens to be old.

The Christmas page is part of A Compendium of Common Knowledge (1558-1603),
which is part of Renaissance, the Elizabethan World.

Thanks!
