[Ansteorra] TRF Costs and other related topics (longish)

Hey, having been a "Rennie" on and off for years I do not have a problem
with that per se'.  It is just when money gets ahead of "having fun" and
"learning" I no longer wish to play.  Just my personal opinion based on
experience.
