Thank you for the invite but I will not be able to go. I will be in New
Mexico for the 25th year celebration of Rolling Thunder. I am the Matriarch
of Rogue Thunder and I have to be there. But if there is ever another one
please keep me posted.

Thank You,
Domi

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

a.. LILIK began studying beautiful and exotic Indonesian folk dance in her
homeland at the age of two. She studied with her uncle, who was a master of
dance. At the age of five, she began traveling with her uncle's
professional dance troupe. Since coming to America, she has had extensive
training in Middle Eastern dance (in Florida). Lilik has a very strong
background in jazz (competition level), ballet, and modern dance. Her
original choreographies are innovative and dynamic, her skill and grace at
hand movements are unequaled, and she plays zils flawlessly in any rhythm.
A former member of the Purple Roses of Cairo, she opened her own studio two
years ago, and now directs the Lilik and Company World Fusion Dance Troupe.
Her teaching style is lively and fun, and her patience and good humor make
learning a breeze.
b.. ELAHEH AL ZAYN has been dancing professionally for six years, and
teaching for three. She is the director of Phoenix International Studios
and the Banat al Zayn Middle Eastern dance troupe. Elaheh, who has a
special gift for teaching the dance to children, is also involved in
starting a Middle Eastern band. A talented artist, her stage makeup skills
are much in demand. Elaheh's students appreciate her warmth and the special
attention she gives to each of them.
c.. LADY CIARAN LITTLEFOX has had many years of training in the art of
caricature from her master, the late Baron William Blackfox. She brings her
own unique flare to the other arts she was encouraged to follow. With three
years of private experience as a Mehndi Artist, using her own designs and
her own mix of all-natural henna and oils, she has recently gone public with
her craft, giving short talks on the history of Mehndi and its significance
as more than just a substitute for tattooing. Her portfolio is available
online at http://www.ladylittlefox.com.
DIRECTIONS: From I-44, exit on S. Garnett Rd. (east side of Tulsa). Go
south a little over one mile. The library will be on your left, and it's
quite large.

There are several reasonably-priced hotels and motels within a two-mile
radius. Names and contact info on request. We are negotiating for special
rates.

CONTACT INFO: emda at cox.net , 918-438-1166. Send payment to:

No videotaping, please.

NOTE: This workshop would not be possible without the gracious
collaboration of three studios. E*M*D*A applauds the generosity and vision
of Lilik and Company, Phoenix International Studios, and Littlefox Art
Studio.
