As Tivar alluded to, different people react differently to different drinks.
  I can drink a little gatorade, but generally prefer mostly water.  If I
drink all gatorade at an event, I'll sugar crash like there's no tomorrow.
So I take potasium pills while I'm at it.  That helps keep me nice and even
and firing on all cylinders.
