And when they get the award or rank, there's no guarantee one way or the
other they'll continue doing it or never do it again.  And that statement is
true from our non-ambiguous awards to ex-kings.  We all, well most any way,
know that.

Now this whole train of thought is going to have some folks thing assorted
things.  Cool.  That's the fun part.  :)
