Whoops!  Alden, I think you may have opened yet *another* can o' worms.
I've autocrated a number of events and even feastocrated one.  Never have
heard that we needed a "food handler's license" in order to prepare and
handle feast.  Sounds like a seneschal's nightmare to me.  Does that come
from the state or the feds?  If somebody got food poisoning from an event
and we didn't have a "food handler's license" what would that precipitate?
