[Ansteorra] Feast Preparation

Actually, I just looked it up in the Texas Food Establishment Rules, 25 Tac
229.161 - 229.171 - 229.175 which I got going through the Food Service
Manager Course I mentioned earlier. The passing of money for the food
doesn't even get mentioned. It's purely the health aspect of the food prep.
I'll be the first to admit I'm not a lawyer. But the feast kitchen very
easily could be considered a temporary food service establishment or
possibly even an outfitter operation.
Here's a brief definition of a food establishment: An operation that
stores, prepares, packages, serves, or otherwise provides food for human
consumption. A temporary food establishment is one that operates for a
period of not more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single
event or celebration.
It's not for me to say or not. It's only going to become a problem if an
inspector shows up or folks get real sick. I got my card.
