[Ansteorra] armoring pamphlet

Oooh. Sounds like a rather useful pamplet that a lot of folks
might be interested in.

If someone has the contact info for the author/publisher I'd
like to get it. If it is published mainly to get the information
out where it can be used, and not as a money maker, I'd love
to help this effort along by considering it for the
Florilegium.
